Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can browse our website, select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, we can assist you in modifying or cancelling it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Q: How can I check my order status?
A: You can check your order status on the "My Account" page or track it using the link provided in the order confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free gift wrapping?

Yes! We provide complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply note the "gift wrapping" at checkout.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within Canada and the United States

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a flat shipping rate of $8. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping.

Q: Do you offer delivery services?
A:
We currently only provide delivery services within Toronto. Orders over $69 for free delivery, under $69 shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Ready within 1-2 days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, typically delivered within 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can track your package on the courier's website or through our order tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for details.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment options.

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email after payment. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact our customer support team, and we will verify your order.
