Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of $8. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
    • Local Delivery (Toronto Only): Orders over $69 for free delivery, under $69 shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Ready within 1-2 days

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@renewtrt.ca within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee refunds for lost or stolen packages.
